Food Poisoning and Other Awesome Activities
Hi all, Here I sit, on day two of a nasty bout of food poisoning. On a related note, here's a tip: If you ever get a craving for a cod, shrimp, and oyster po boy cooked in a gas station setting...resist that urge. Otherwise, you may end up missing more than half of your unnecessary fall break. Aaaaaanywho, Adair and I had some fun recently, attending the Gretna Heritage Festival. Great food, drinks, and art all over the place, it was really cool. Plus, due to some connections, we got in for free! While there, we saw a concert from the motown group The Spinners, which was both awesome and hilarious. They came out in five matching yellow suits, and their classic dance moves and harmonies had everyone loving it. Here's a picture: In other news, we have been playing a fair amount of tennis on the courts at our apartment complex, and Adair is making some great progress. More to come soon, need to re-hydrate...
